SilicOcean LLP is hiring a Compliance Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Indore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance audits and investigations to identify and address issues.
• Provide compliance training programs to employees.
• Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting company operations.
• Advise management on compliance-related matters and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ongoing adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, legal requirements, and policy development.
• Auditing experience and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
• Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
