Details of the Job/Internship

TAC Security is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of regulatory compliance, internal policies, and industry standards.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and others.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead internal and external compliance audits, ensuring proper documentation and remediation.
• Collaborate with legal, technical, and product teams to embed compliance into processes and offerings.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal processes accordingly.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance reviews across departments.
• Provide training and awareness programs on compliance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors, regulators, and legal authorities.
• Track, report, and manage non-compliance issues to resolution.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in cybersecurity, tech, or SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of global compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, PCI-DSS.
• Hands-on experience with audit preparation and regulatory inspections.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CIPM are a plus.

Salary/Stipend
