Details of the Job/Internship
The Leela Palace Chennai-Seaside Modern Palace Hotel is looking for a candidate for the position of Compliance Manager to join them at their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the hotel complies with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Daily tasks include conducting audits, implementing compliance programs, monitoring changes in regulations, providing training to staff, and preparing reports.
- The Compliance Manager will also work closely with various departments to mitigate any compliance risks.
Eligibility
- Understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and training skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Master's degree in Accounts, Commerce, Law, Business, or related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).
