Details of the Job/Internship

The Leela Palace Chennai-Seaside Modern Palace Hotel is hiring for the position of Compliance Manager to join their office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee internal compliance programs and frameworks.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and resolve potential compliance issues.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update internal protocols accordingly.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate compliance into day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate compliance reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.

Eligibility

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in delivering compliance.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Master’s degree in Law, Commerce, Accounts, Business, or a related field.
• Preferred certification: Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent.

Salary/Stipend
