Details of the Job/Internship
The Leela Palace is hiring for the position of Compliance Manager to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage compliance matters across the organization.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
- Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and programs.
- Deliver training sessions to staff on compliance practices.
- Monitor potential risks and ensure timely mitigation.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting the hospitality sector.
- Report findings and recommendations to senior management.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
- Proven experience in audit, policy development, and implementation.
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
