Third Bridge is hiring a Compliance manager with 7+ years of experience to join them remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage team training and best practice documents.
- Ensure Third Bridge is compliant with applicable laws, internal compliance procedures and pre-agreed client specific processes.
- Manage workflows and escalations to ensure timely and accurate completion of reviews.
- Monitor and deliver data related to key performance metrics and compliance health.
- Identify gaps and implement improvements to team processes.
- Drive industry leading compliance performance and optimise efficiency.
- Liaise regularly with internal stakeholders to promote best practices and understand business needs.
Eligibility
- Degree level qualification (or equivalent).
- 7+ years previous work experience ideally within risk/compliance at a financial services company.
- Experience managing a team is required.
