Various Companies is hiring a Compliance Manager to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and monitoring systems.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with SEBI, RBI, Exchange regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to identify compliance risks.
- Manage regulatory reporting and ensure timely submission of required filings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related matters across departments.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance best practices and regulatory updates.
- Coordinate with legal and risk functions to manage and mitigate business risks.
Eligibility
- In-depth knowledge of Indian financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience in developing and enforcing compliance policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of compliance mandates.
