Details of the Job/Internship
Voltas Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Compliance Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience to join them at their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- To facilitate, monitor and ensure that the Company is conducting its business in full compliance with all national and international legislations and regulations.
- Guide business group and branch offices on statutory compliance
- Lead statutory compliance strategies for Voltas
- To oversee the Compliance Reporting System and to ensure that all stakeholders report their compliances in time.
- To identify, assess and mitigate potential compliance risk.
- To do periodic audits and cross check that compliances are being done in time.
- Updating and reviewing the Compliance Checklist and identify any gaps.
- Provide training to ensure stakeholders, understand their employee obligations.
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of the Compliance Report to the Management.
- Help maintain Policy and Procedure to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Keep leadership informed of the new or changes in laws that may affect the Organization.
- To liaison with regulatory and government authorities.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law.
- Experience/Exposure in Compliance Management.
- 10-15 years’ experience.
