Details of the Job/Internship

Eisen Consultancies Ltd. is hiring a Compliance Officer - AIF in Mumbai. Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

The AIF CAT III Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) operations comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, including the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, IFSCA, and other laws governing AIFs . This role will require active monitoring, reporting, and implementing best practices to ensure a high standard of regulatory compliance Investor Relations: Ensure that investor communications and reports are accurate, transparent, and compliant with regulatory standard.

Eligibility

Education: 

• A degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CS, LLB, or CA) is preferred. 

Experience: 

• 3 to 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar role in the financial services industry, particularly within AIFs or asset management. 
• Familiarity with SEBI (AIF) Regulations and other financial regulatory frameworks
