Details of the Job/Internship
BankBenchers is hiring for the position of Compliance Officer cum Company Secretary with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Vadodara.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including MCA, RBI, NABARD, IT and Labour laws, and Data Protection norms.
- Handle company secretarial duties such as maintaining statutory records, organizing Board meetings, preparing minutes, and filing with regulatory bodies.
- Draft, review, and manage legal and regulatory documentation.
- Monitor regulatory updates and revise internal policies to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Act as the primary contact for legal, audit, and compliance-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities for timely filings and submissions.
Eligibility
- Company Secretary (CS) qualification – Mandatory.
- LLB or equivalent legal degree – Preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in compliance and secretarial functions.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks (MCA, RBI, NABARD, etc.).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Salary/Stipend
