Details of the Job/Internship

AEEPL is hiring for the position of Compliance Officer with 4-5 years of experience to join their office in Nagpur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage an effective compliance program.
• Monitor and assess company policies, procedures, and operations to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
• Investigate and report compliance issues or breaches.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
• Provide training and education to employees on compliance-related matters.
• Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
• Draft and revise company policies to align with compliance standards.
• Ensure all company records and documentation comply with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in ethical decision-making and promote a culture of integrity within the organization.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• PQE: 4-5 years.
