AHZ is hiring a Compliance Officer to join their office in Kochi, Kerala. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance management and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Review organisational processes and identify potential risks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish strategies for managing compliance risks.
• Communicate effectively with the team and relevant agencies.
• Create and implement guidelines to maintain operational integrity.

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in compliance management and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Knowledge in finance to support compliance in financial processes.
• Relevant experience in compliance and regulatory frameworks, preferably in the education or recruitment sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or related field; compliance certification is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.

Salary/Stipend
