Details of the Job/Internship

Bharat Agrolink is hiring a Compliance Officer with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Bhopal.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal standards.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor company operations for adherence to guidelines.
• Identify and assess compliance risks.
• Prepare documentation and compliance reports.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on compliance requirements.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in compliance or audit roles.
• Proficiency in compliance management and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Background in finance with knowledge of relevant laws is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Knowledge of product commission calculation, GST, TCS, and product pricing reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.
