Bharat Researchers Cloud is hiring a Compliance Officer for a full-time hybrid role in Bengaluru. The position involves managing regulatory compliance, developing policies, conducting audits, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal and industry standards.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage compliance risks across the organization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the finance team for financial compliance and reporting.
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance matters.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance issues.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in a compliance role is a plus.
- Strong regulatory compliance and compliance management skills.
- Analytical skills for monitoring risks and conducting audits.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
