BMC Advisors Private Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Compliance Officer to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and statutory requirements for portfolio management and stock broking.
• Assist in preparing and submitting compliance reports to regulatory bodies.
• Monitor industry changes and update the team on evolving financial and corporate regulations.
• Draft, review, and file important company documents related to operations.
• Maintain corporate governance practices and ensure all statutory records are up to date.

Eligibility

• Mandatory prior experience in compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, stock broking compliance, and corporate governance.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
