Details of the Job/Internship

Bonanza Portfolio Ltd is hiring for the position of Compliance Officer with 5 years of experience to join their office in Gandhinagar. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with IFSCA regulations and AML/CFT frameworks.
• Lead client onboarding, operations, and risk management processes.
• Drive strategic business expansion and enhance distribution networks.
• Oversee regulatory filings and reporting with SEZ, IFSCA, exchanges, and other statutory bodies.
• Draft and maintain internal policies, SOPs, and operational documentation.

Eligibility

• Postgraduate or professional degree in Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in capital markets or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance with proven leadership ability.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
