Details of the Job/Internship

Craving Alpha is hiring a Compliance Officer to join their team in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Liaise between RTA, FA, Client Onboarding, and Legal teams to ensure smooth compliance and data flow for regulatory filings.
• Assist Legal in collating, verifying, and preparing required data for filings with MCA, SEBI, and other regulatory bodies.
• Prepare investor communication drafts and participate in dissemination of updates and notices.
• Support coordination for onboarding new clients, ensuring documentation aligns with compliance standards.
• Maintain and update digital and physical corporate records for filings and disclosures.
• Track regulatory changes, update compliance calendars, and assist in secretarial audits.

Salary/Stipend
