Dentalkart is looking for a candidate for the position of Compliance Officer to join them at their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization.
- Policy Implementation:
- Develop, implement, and review company policies to ensure they align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic audits to identify potential areas of compliance risk and recommend corrective actions.
- Legal Documentation:
- Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for regulatory bodies.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and address compliance risks by providing expert guidance to management and employees.
- Ensure effective implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
- Training & Awareness:
- Conduct compliance training sessions for employees to ensure understanding and adherence to legal requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related queries.
- Investigations:
- Investigate incidents of non-compliance and work towards resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of compliance activities, investigations, and outcomes.
