Details of the Job/Internship

Dezerv is looking for a candidate for the position of Compliance officer.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in effective handling of all compliance related activities under SEBI Regulations.
• Assisting and ensuring compliance with the Company Law requirements.
• Assist with the maintenance, organization and filing of compliance books & records.
• Drafting and vetting of various agreement related to the business.
• Providing legal support to the team for various corporate transactions.
• Partner with other departments to enhance governance processes.
• Assist with compliance initiatives.

Eligibility

• Qualified Company Secretary, Bachelor’s Degree in Law (desirable but not mandatory).
• Min 4 -7 years of relevant experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
