Estalvis Advisors Pvt Ltd is hiring a compliance manager with6-10 years of experience to join them in Faridabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to internal policies and legal requirements.
- Advise management on compliance-related matters, including labor laws, contracts, and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance across various functions.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulatory standards.
- Manage and facilitate training programs related to compliance and regulatory matters.
- Handle compliance investigations and work on corrective actions as needed.
Eligibility
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, Acts, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Strong experience in compliance audits and regulatory reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience: 6-10 years (Experience in any industry with knowledge of compliance, labor laws, Acts, and audits).
- Education: MBA in Human Resources.
