Details of the Job/Internship
FatakPay is hiring a Compliance Officer with 10–15 years of experience to join its Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an enterprise risk management framework.
- Identify, assess, and monitor operational, credit, market, and strategic risks.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and conduct stress testing and scenario analysis.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, Digital Lending Guidelines, PMLA, KYC/AML, and the IT Act.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly.
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities such as RBI and FIU and manage filings.
- Oversee vendor and third-party compliance.
- Draft and maintain compliance policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Support internal audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Lead whistleblower policy implementation and compliance reporting frameworks.
Eligibility
- CA / LLB / MBA / Postgraduate degree in Risk Management, Finance, Compliance, or Law.
- 10–15 years of experience in risk and compliance roles within NBFCs or fintech companies.
- Strong knowledge of RBI regulations, digital lending ecosystem, and data privacy laws.
- Experience with RegTech tools and reporting systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with integrity and ethical judgment.
