Details of the Job/Internship
FINCART Financial is hiring for the position of Compliance Officer with 4-10 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Compliance Audits & Reporting
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain detailed documentation and generate audit reports for internal and regulatory use.
- Corporate Governance
- Evaluate and strengthen the organization’s governance structure in line with industry best practices and regulatory expectations.
- Monitor board-level compliance requirements and governance standards.
- Internal Controls & Process Audits
- Identify control gaps and recommend improvements by conducting internal audits across key operational areas.
- Support the implementation of internal control frameworks.
- POSP Compliance
- Review and audit the onboarding, training, and operational activities of Point of Sales Persons (POSPs) to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
- Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
- Assist in the implementation and testing of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) mechanisms.
- Monitor adherence to BCP/DR protocols and contribute to resilience-building initiatives.
- Compliance Training & Awareness
- Develop and deliver training sessions on AML/KYC, cybersecurity, data privacy, and operational risk to employees and relevant stakeholders.
- Regulatory Filings
- Assist in the preparation and timely submission of statutory filings such as changes in shareholding, periodic compliance returns, etc.
- Coordinate with regulators and legal advisors as required.
- Risk Analysis & Recommendations
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas of non-compliance and develop risk-based mitigation strategies.
- Present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Vendor Due Diligence
- Perform compliance reviews and risk assessments on third-party vendors.
- Ensure appropriate contracts, controls, and ongoing monitoring mechanisms are in place.
Eligibility
- Company Secretary (CS) – Preferred
- Candidates with one or more of the following qualifications will also be considered:
- LLB / LLM (Corporate Law / Compliance)
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- MBA (Finance / Risk / Compliance)
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Law with relevant experience in compliance or risk management
Salary/Stipend
Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
