Fincart Financial Planners is hiring a Compliance Officer with 4–8 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive compliance reviews and maintain documentation to meet regulatory and internal standards.
- Review the organisation’s governance structure in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Assess business processes, identify control gaps, and ensure strong internal controls.
- Audit onboarding, training, and operations of POSPs as per compliance guidelines.
- Ensure Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery frameworks are implemented and tested.
- Design and conduct training programs on AML/KYC, cybersecurity, and operational risk mitigation.
- Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory filings, including shareholding changes and periodic returns.
- Conduct gap analyses and provide risk-based compliance recommendations.
- Perform compliance and risk assessments of third-party vendors.
Eligibility
- Company Secretary (Preferred).
- LLB/LLM (Corporate Law/Compliance), CA, MBA (Finance/Risk/Compliance), or Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Law with relevant experience.
- 4–8 years of experience in compliance, audits, or governance roles (preferably insurance or financial services).
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (IRDAI, SEBI, RBI).
- Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
