InCred Capital is hiring for the position of Compliance Officer with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Gandhinagar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and controls for the fund.
- Ensure strict adherence to IFSCA and other applicable regulatory frameworks and reporting obligations.
- Oversee AML/KYC compliance, periodic regulatory filings, reporting, and resolution of investor complaints.
- Liaise with regulators and external auditors, manage audits, inspections, and regulatory correspondence.
- Provide regular updates to the board and senior management on regulatory developments and compliance status.
- Maintain accurate documentation and up-to-date compliance records.
Eligibility
- Education: Qualified Company Secretary (CS) or Law Graduate (LLB).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in compliance, legal, risk management, or related roles in financial services or asset management.
- Hands-on experience with SEBI/IFSCA/RBI submissions, audits, and regulatory inspections preferred.
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact effectively with regulators and stakeholders.
