Details of the Job/Internship
Juniors Group of Companies is hiring for the position of Compliance Officer with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal
- Draft, review, and negotiate sale agreements with brands and talent.
- Prepare and review vendor and venue service agreements.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely finalization of legal agreements.
- Draft, vet, restructure, and redline a wide range of legal documents including:
- Service Agreements
- Confidentiality Agreements (NDAs)
- Leave and License Agreements
- Inter-company Agreements
- Interpret legal language, laws, and regulations, and provide actionable guidance to internal business teams.
- Support the review and drafting of technology-related agreements, such as inbound licensing, pre-release, and evaluation agreements.
- Assist with legal compliance for client products, including third-party integrations, release reviews, and code sanitization.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments in IT, compliance, and business laws, especially in the Indian context.
- Review legal contracts related to procurement and operational matters of the organization.
- Liaise with internal teams and respond to government, regulatory, or quasi-judicial authority requests.
- Handle legal notices pertaining to operations in India, Dubai, and Singapore.
Eligibility
- Experience: 1–2 years in legal and/or compliance roles.
- Education: LLB from a reputed law school.
- Preferred Background: Experience in real estate law is advantageous
Key Skills:
- Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English proficiency required).
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Organizational acumen and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound understanding of contract law, IT law, and general compliance frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently, and interface across teams.
