Details of the Job/Internship
Lakshya Asset Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Compliance Officer with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with SEBI (Mutual Fund) Regulations and AMFI Guidelines.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
- File regulatory reports with SEBI, AMFI, and other authorities.
- Oversee compliance in fund operations, product documentation, and investor servicing.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and internal controls.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments.
- Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct compliance training and awareness sessions.
- Liaise with SEBI, AMFI, auditors, and internal teams.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in compliance within AMC, mutual fund, or financial services.
- Knowledge of SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations and AMFI Guidelines.
- NISM certification preferred.
