Details of the Job/Internship

Livlong 365 is hiring for the position of Compliance Officer with 4-5 years of experience to join their office in Thane. 

Role and Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance (Insurance & Healthcare)

• Ensure adherence to IRDA regulations, the Insurance Act, Insurance Broker Regulations, and other relevant laws.
• Monitor and implement regulatory changes introduced by IRDA or other authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines applicable to insurance companies and broking firms.

Regulatory Filings & Reporting

• Prepare, file, and maintain mandatory IRDA reports, returns, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all regulatory filings.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to address compliance matters.

Legal & Compliance Documentation

• Draft, review, and finalize compliance-related legal documents and regulatory communications.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance submissions, approvals, and legal correspondences.

Monitoring & Implementation

• Conduct internal compliance checks to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.

Regulatory Updates & Advisory

• Monitor ongoing changes in insurance, broking, and healthcare regulations.
• Advise internal teams on compliance risks and ensure business practices align with regulatory expectations.

Eligibility

• Experience: 4-5 years in legal and regulatory compliance within the insurance & healthcare sectors.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of IRDA regulations, insurance compliance frameworks, and legal requirements.
• Legal & Compliance Skills: Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory provisions.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in regulatory filings, documentation, and reporting.
• Communication Skills: Ability to draft clear and concise legal and compliance-related documents.

Salary/Stipend
