Details of the Job/Internship
Macsen Laboratories is in search of a diligent Compliance Officer to ensure their adherence to laws and regulations. Responsibilities include developing compliance programs, conducting audits, and guiding employees on ethical standards.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and address areas of non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance policies.
- Prepare regular reports on compliance activities and present findings to senior management.
- Draft, update, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in accordance with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments, external legal counsel, and regulatory agencies to address compliance concerns and facilitate regulatory inspections or audits.
- Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends. Keep abreast of best practices in compliance management.
- Provide legal guidance and support to various departments on compliance-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations including Factory’s & boilers act, Labours law, GST, Income tax, Customs, FEMA, Pollution control board, Drugs & cosmetic act rules, PF & ESIC etc.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field or relevant certifications
- Required Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field
