Noble Co-Operative Bank Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Compliance officer to join them at their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
The Compliance Officer preferably Company Secretary (CS) will be responsible for overseeing compliance management, ensuring regulatory compliance (RBI, Income Tax & UP Co-operative Societies Act), utilising analytical skills for assessments, maintaining effective communication within the organisation, and handling finance-related compliance tasks.
Eligibility
- Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills.
- Analytical Skills.
- Strong Communication and Written Skills.
- Finance knowledge.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements.
- Company Secretary (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
