Details of the Job/Internship
Noura Almaazmi Advocates & Legal Consultancy is hiring a Compliance Officer to join their legal practice in Dubai in a remote capacity.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and verify KYC/AML documentation for clients.
- Conduct client due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
- Perform sanctions screening, PEP checks, and adverse media checks.
- Monitor client transactions and identify suspicious activities.
- Maintain and update the Compliance Monitoring Program.
- Prepare compliance and AML reports for management and authorities.
- Handle compliance-related inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure adherence to internal compliance policies.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections.
- Assist in AML/CTF training and awareness initiatives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in compliance, AML, or risk management.
- Understanding of UAE AML/CTF regulations and international standards.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
