Officebanao (OB) is hiring for the position of Compliance Oficer with 2-5 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure end-to-end compliance with labour laws, including but not limited to PF, ESI, BOCW, CLRA, and professional tax for all ongoing projects.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in coordination with project contractors, including workmen registers, KYC documents, muster rolls, wage slips, wage registers, overtime records, advances, and labour welfare fund contributions.
- Monitor and ensure timely payment of statutory dues, including professional tax and other applicable levies.
- Conduct regular compliance audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with contractors, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure strict adherence to statutory requirements.
- Stay informed of amendments in labour laws and update internal processes accordingly.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in labour law compliance, preferably in the construction or workplace solutions industry.
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, BOCW, CLRA, and professional tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management software/tools.
- Attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
