Details of the Job/Internship
Peerless Securities Ltd. is hiring for the position of Compliance Officer to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret changes in regulatory requirements and ensure timely implementation.
- Conduct compliance audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Train staff on regulatory updates and internal compliance processes.
- Prepare reports and documentation for submission to regulatory bodies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date compliance records.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of SEBI, NSE, BSE, MCX, and NSDL regulations (preferred).
- Hands-on experience in compliance and regulatory management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of finance principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Degree in Law, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
