Prithvi Exchange is hiring a Compliance Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, managing compliance processes, analyzing data, communicating compliance requirements, handling finance-related compliance tasks, and supporting internal and concurrent audits.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance across all company operations.
• Manage compliance processes and related documentation.
• Analyze data to identify compliance risks and trends.
• Communicate compliance requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Handle finance-related compliance tasks on a daily basis.
• Support and manage internal and concurrent audits.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure compliance standards.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of compliance management and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
