Details of the Job/Internship

Propix Technologies is hiring for the position of Compliance Officer to join their Pune office. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring ROC compliances, Factory & Labour related Compliances , FEMA related compliances (APR , FLA etc) , drafting of legal documents such as NDA , Service agreements etc. 

Eligibility

• C.S., LL.M/ LL.B.
• This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in compliance, and legal documentation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling legal and compliance-related tasks, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
