Details of the Job/Internship

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Officer at Rajsi Infin Consultants Private Limited located in Dwarka.

Role and Responsibilities

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance such as RBI, MCA etc., managing compliance processes, credit bureau reporting (CIBIL, Equifax etc.) and communicating compliance requirements within the organization.

• RBI Compliance (such as Monitor and ensure compliance with RBI regulations for NBFCs, Prepare and submit periodic RBI returns within deadlines, Manage documentation for regulatory inspections, Handle KYC/AML compliance requirements etc.).
• MCA Compliance (Such as Ensure timely filing of statutory returns with MCA, Maintain corporate governance compliance, Handle regulatory correspondence with MCA etc.).
• Credit Information Reporting (Such as Manage data reporting to CIBIL, Equifax and other credit bureaus, Ensure data accuracy and timely submissions, Handle data discrepancy resolutions etc.).
• Annual Filing Compliances(Such as Coordinate and ensure timely completion of annual filings, Prepare necessary documentation and reports, Maintain compliance records and registers etc.).

Eligibility

• CA or CS having 2-4 years of experience in similar role within NBFC sector.
• Strong understanding of RBI and MCA regulations.
• Proficiency in credit bureau reporting processes
• Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and Effective Communication skills

Salary/Stipend
