The mission of Rajsi Infin Consultants is to offer quick and immediate funds at a reasonable rate to assist businesses in urgent need of financial assistance.

Details of the Job/Internship

Rajsi Infin Consultants Private Limited is hiring for the position of  Compliance Officer at to join their office in Dwarka.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with RBI, CICs (CIBIL, Equifax, CRIF, Experian), KYC/AML, and CKYC regulations.
• Develop and maintain updated compliance policies and manuals tailored to NBFC operations.
• Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews, ensuring robust risk control.

2. Regulatory Reporting

• Prepare and file all required submissions (monthly/quarterly) to RBI and CICs on or before due dates.
• Monitor changes in regulations and update policies accordingly.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure compliance reporting accuracy.

3. Internal Controls

• Establish strong internal control systems and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements based on audit findings and regulatory updates.
• Lead internal training sessions to promote a compliance-first culture.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. (CA/CS preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, ideally in an NBFC.
• In-depth knowledge of NBFC regulations and RBI compliance framework.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
