Details of the Job/Internship
Rakshitam Ecofibre Pvt Ltd is hiring a Compliance Officer with 2–3 years of experience to join their Rajkot facility.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Plastic Waste Management Rules and CPCB & GPCB guidelines.
- Manage EPR registration, data maintenance, and annual filings.
- Handle sustainability certification audits including GRS, OEKO-TEX, and ISO standards.
- Conduct internal audits and plant inspections to identify compliance gaps.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports.
- Ensure export and trade compliance as per international standards.
- Conduct employee training on safety and environmental compliance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in manufacturing or recycling sectors.
- Knowledge of labour laws, Factories Act, and environmental laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and government compliance portals.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
