Details of the Job/Internship
Resurgent India Limited is hiring a Compliance Officer with a legal or business background to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate compliance issues across the organization.
- Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments.
- Ensure all operations comply with applicable laws and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain a strong internal compliance program.
- Stay updated with changing regulations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in compliance is a plus.
- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, and interviewing.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and on-site in Gurugram.
