Details of the Job/Internship

Saatvik Green Energy Limited is hiring a Compliance Officer to join their office in Ambala.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements.
• Implement and monitor compliance programs.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports.
• Conduct compliance audits and assessments.
• Advise stakeholders on compliance risks and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate across teams to address compliance vulnerabilities.

Eligibility

• Expertise in regulatory compliance and governance.
• Strong analytical and audit-related experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies.
• Proficiency in legal and regulatory research.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Compliance certification and renewable energy experience preferred.

Salary/Stipend
