SageOne Investment Managers is hiring for the position of Compliance Officer with 3 years of experience to join their office in Gandhinagar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks applicable to PMS, AIFs, and other intermediaries operating under IFSCA and SEBI guidelines.
- Interpret and implement relevant regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Support critical operational areas such as trade execution, banking operations, audit coordination, and reporting.
- Liaise with regulators and auditors, prepare compliance reports, and manage documentation for inspections and filings.
- Contribute to strengthening compliance frameworks and internal controls.
Eligibility
Educational Qualification:
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) or LLB; candidates holding both qualifications will be given preference.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance or legal roles in regulated financial entities such as PMS, AIF, NBFCs, or capital market intermediaries.
