Details of the Job/Internship

​TBEA Energy (India) Private Limited is hiring for the position of Compliance Officer to join their office in Vadodara. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs in accordance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Review internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Advise management on compliance risks, regulatory updates, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and communicate with regulatory bodies and government agencies as required.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit compliance reports and documentation.
• Ensure staff awareness and training on compliance-related policies and procedures.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably within the energy or manufacturing sector.
• In-depth knowledge of industry-specific regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective coordination across departments.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance processes.
• Familiarity with legal documentation, reporting tools, and risk management techniques.
