Unifi Capital Pvt Ltd. is hiring for the position of Compliance Officer with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards (SEBI, IFSCA, RBI, AML/CFT, etc.).
- Oversee compliance and operational processes, ensuring timely implementation of regulatory requirements.
- Assist with operational inputs, MIS reporting, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain readiness for internal audits, statutory audits, and regulatory inspections (IFSCA and others).
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and operational risks in asset management activities.
- Provide regular compliance and risk management reports to the Principal Officer and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective governance.
Eligibility
Professional Qualification (any one required):
- Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
- Company Secretary (ICSI)
- Cost Accountant (ICMAI)
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized Indian or foreign university
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in a relevant role within portfolio management, fund management, investment advisory, broker-dealer, investment banking, wealth management, research analysis, credit rating, market infrastructure, or financial sector regulation
