Details of the Job/Internship

Vision Flying Training Institute (VFTI) is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to support their regulatory functions and ensure ongoing alignment with applicable DGCA guidelines.

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with DGCA regulations across relevant operational domains.
• Prepare and draft documents, letters, and reports for regulatory submissions.
• Stay informed on DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements (CARs) relevant to airworthiness, licensing, and FTO operations.
• Coordinate with DGCA offices for follow-ups, submissions, and related engagements.
• Support internal teams with regulatory updates and compliance documentation.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aviation sector, preferably with exposure to compliance and regulatory affairs.
• Familiarity with DGCA regulations, especially those concerning airworthiness and training.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ex- DGCA personnel with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
