Details of the Job/Internship

Legasis Private Limited is hiring a Compliance Professional with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Compliance Professional will be responsible for overseeing legal and regulatory compliance management, conducting legal research and due diligence, and supporting ESG practices. Daily tasks include managing compliance and ethics training, working closely with the other legal services team to ensure quality. 

Eligibility

• Knowledge in Legal & Regulatory Compliance management.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in conducting Legal research and Due Diligence services.
• Skills in Statutory Compliances.
• Strong IT and Project management skills relevant to global delivery models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Experience in the legal services industry is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
