LexSonic is hiring a Compliance Research & Content Executive to join their full-time on-site team in Andheri East, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on current and emerging regulatory frameworks and compliance practices.
- Prepare concise and accurate content including compliance reports, gap analysis, regulatory articles, newsletters, advisories, internal documents, and presentations.
- Develop content for Compliance-Tech products for internal and client systems.
- Assist teams and clients with compliance-related queries and provide advisory support.
- Generate reports with clear, actionable insights for senior management or clients.
- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in compliance research, writing, or advisory roles.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations for publicly listed or well-known companies.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to explain complex regulatory concepts clearly.
- Experience in creating legal, regulatory, or compliance content.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with Compliance-Tech solutions preferred.
- Company Secretary preferred.
