Details of the Job/Internship

NKT is hiring a Compliance Specialist with 5–8 years of experience to join their Group Compliance, Risk & Regulatory team in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage compliance training and awareness programs.
• Support third-party compliance screenings and due diligence.
• Provide guidance on anti-bribery and anti-corruption practices.
• Assist in automating compliance processes and policy updates.
• Support compliance-related projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs and the NKT Compliance Board.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Communications, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of compliance experience in a global or regulated environment.
• Experience in creating and delivering engaging compliance training.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office; SharePoint and Excel are a plus.

Salary/Stipend
