Agreya Capital is hiring a Compliance Specialist to join them in Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
The person will be responsible for ensuring SEBI regulatory compliances (monthly, quarterly & annual), overseeing audit (portfolio & performance), and maintaining regulatory & legal compliance standards on a day-day basis. The person would be responsible for ensuring overall compliance at the firm level by keeping abreast of evolving regulatory & compliance framework and implementing globally accepted compliance standards.
Eligibility
- ACS/ACA or Master's degree in Law; Specialist certification in AML and Cybersecurity would be an added advantage
- Candidate with experience in asset management industry with deep understanding of regulatory compliances; Expertise in compliances for PMS/AIF/GiftCity would be preferred
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and be comfortable in working in small teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Keen interest in questioning and pushing the envelope to solve problems
- Analytical Skills for data interpretation, implementation of SEBI circulars
- Legal knowledge and understanding of commercial agreements
