eQomply is hiring a Compliance Specialist to join their Pune office. The role involves overseeing compliance management activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and implementing legal compliance frameworks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance management processes and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Monitor regulatory updates and interpret their impact on company operations.
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Analyze and document compliance findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Advise on compliance improvements and support framework implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure company-wide understanding of compliance obligations.
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely reporting of compliance activities.
Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong expertise in compliance and regulatory management.
- Analytical ability for risk identification and mitigation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance tasks.
- Experience with compliance-specific platforms and tools is an advantage.
