H&M Group is hiring a Compliance Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Evaluate the impact of current and upcoming legal and regulatory requirements on existing and new products.
- Research legal requirements related to product safety and compliance.
- Monitor existing regulations through audits and collaborate with stakeholders to implement necessary changes.
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, user-friendly guidelines.
- Develop strong legal and compliance SOPs.
- Support, train, and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Engage with statutory, regulatory, government, and judicial authorities to obtain approvals, permissions, registrations, and licenses.
- Train stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
- Support daily legal and compliance needs of the business.
- Provide additional legal support as required.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM with formal legal education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in retail regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of Legal Metrology, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, and commercial laws.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong planning and prioritizing skills.
