Prakhar Software Solutions Ltd. is hiring for the position of Compliance Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and file Cash Transaction Reports (CTR) and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) with FIU-IND.
- Ensure compliance with RBI Payment Aggregator norms, including net worth and operational guidelines..
- Submit required quarterly and annual compliance reports to RBI and FIU.
- Assist in regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring timely response to queries.
- Monitor and validate KYC processes to ensure alignment with FIU directives.
- Coordinate with operations to flag and investigate suspicious transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and audit documentation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, particularly related to RBI and FIU.
- Proficiency in using FIU reporting portals and tools.
- Strong knowledge of RBI/FIU regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- AML/CFT certification is a strong advantage.
